The Passing Sages

The Passing Sages are a vibrant pop band from Fife, Scotland. 

Packed with memorable melodies, funky rhythms and rich harmonies, the band blend electronic pop with retro vibrations to create a truly unique and distinctive sound. Taking inspiration from artists such as CHIC, ABBA and Lady Gaga, The Passing Sages’ music is an uplifting flourish of disco, funk and soul. 

The band's previous releases have received critical acclaim and have attracted an overwhelmingly positive response, with the most recent singles Dangerous and Say What You Want achieving over 40k streams collectively on Spotify and numerous airplays including Amazing Radio and BBC Radio nan Gàidheal.

2023 has been an incredibly busy year for gigs for The Passing Sages. With highlights including playing the main stage at Meadows Fest in Edinburgh; a 4 date tour in the north of England; playing Foodies Fest dates in Glasgow and Edinburgh alongside Scouting for Girls and Callum Beattie; and playing the Pear Tree pub in Edinburgh as part of the Fringe festival.
