UpToNoGood

Every member of UpToNoGood has been gigging live for more than 25 years and the current line-up has been together for 12 years now. We've played everywhere from large outdoor festivals to local pubs, clubs and private parties in marquees. We are predominantly based in Hampshire but have gigged across the south east and have band members in Berkshire & oxfordshire as well.

We are very passionate about our love for the music we play. We genuinely enjoy every gig we play and throw ourselves wholeheartedly into each one of them. We know that 'performance' can be as important as quality of musicianship - no one wants to watch a band just standing there going through the motions or with a back line that looks bored stiff behind the lead vocalist(s).

We change our material regularly but with a core genre of music with attitude. The Clash, The Jam, Nirvana, Green Day, Skunk Anansie, Ian Dury & the Blockheads, Blondie, The Cure, Oasis, Blur, Pulp, Stereophonics, Wheatus, Kaiser Chiefs, Killers, U2, The Strokes, Pink, etc. etc.

We own a high quality PA system and stage lighting, including lasers. Our drummer uses an electronic kit so we are able to control our on-stage sound, and overall, volume to meet any venue's requirements. Two of our members even own our own professional rehearsal & recording space where we meet to practice, exchange ideas, and collaborate with other local musicians and groups.

 We really do love simply just playing music together. . .
